Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. Outside those hours leave a voicemail or send an email — I'd rather ring you back properly than answer badly.
Answered within one working day. If you send a website address I'll usually have had a proper look at it before I reply.

Remote, working across the UK
Most of this work happens over the phone and screen share, which keeps costs down for you. If you're within reasonable reach and a face-to-face would help, say so and we'll sort it.
